Memo of Understanding for MTG and GLN Network

| We are proud to announce that the Multimodal Transport Group (MTG) and the Global Logistics Network (GLN) have agreed to a mutual MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) between our organizations effective 14th September 2006. This MOU is unique between two key Global Network providers and will allow us many opportunities to work together to further enhance our existing network posture. The immediate benefits of this MOU includes:- 1. It will extend our global coverage and by allowing members to work with another on areas where we Are Not represented. 2. MTG & GLN will together to develop more & better value-added-services for our members 3. MTG & GLN will together consolidate our statistics and revenues by approaching Airlines or Steamship Lines to negotiate competitive freight rates.
