To be a member of Multimodal Transport Group in good standing and integrity, we pledge to abide fully to these business ethics and standards when dealings with fellow MTG members or partners

Pledge to attend MTGs Annual General Meeting (or at least send a representative - This clause is mandatory to qualify for annual renewal) |
|
|
Pledge to actively trade with at LEAST three other members within the MTG network to qualify for annual renewal |
|
|
Pledge to settle membership fee promptly (7 days from date of invoice) |
|
|
Pledge to offer fullest support to all fellow members/partners. |
|
|
Pledge to be competent, efficient and prompt when we undertake to provide services. |
|
|
Pledge to be abide to the standard communication / response time with fellow members / partners (within 24 hours). |
|
|
Pledge to participate in every bona file sales activities with fellow members' / partners' for mutual benefits. |
|
|
Pledge to respect fellow members / partners by refraining from back selling to their clientele. |
|
|
Pledge to execute shipment Instructions in accordance to the Shipping Advance. |
|
|
Pledge to settle dues / outstandings promptly in accordance to the pre-defined payment term among fellow members / partners. |
|
|
Pledge to participate in MTG's group development plans and its activities. |
|
|
Pledge to utlize the MTG Logo whereever is possible. |
|
|
Pledge to seek assistance from MTG to arbitrate in disputes or disagreements between follow members / partners. |
